This Privacy Policy explains how Racing Schedule ("Platform") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018).

2. Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, password (stored in encrypted form), and, if provided, profile information such as profile picture, country, nationality, and social media links.
- Third-party login: when you sign in using Google, we receive your name, email address, and your Google account identifier.
- User-generated content: information related to leagues, events, race rounds, registrations, streaming channels, images, and any other content you submit.
- Usage information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and cookies (see Section 7).
3. How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account and authenticate your access.
- Provide and operate the Platform's features, including leagues, events, registrations, broadcasts, and favorites.
- Send essential communications, such as account verification and password recovery.
- Prevent fraud, improve security, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve the quality, performance, and user experience of our services.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal information based on the legal grounds established by the LGPD, including contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests (such as security and service improvement), and your consent where required (for example, for non-essential cookies).
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with infrastructure and email service providers that support our operations, third-party authentication providers, and public authorities when required by law. Content that you choose to publish publicly, such as leagues and events, is naturally visible to other Platform users.
To keep the Platform safe and suitable for all audiences, the text and images submitted by users may be automatically analyzed by a third-party content moderation service (OpenAI) in order to detect inappropriate material (for example, sexual, violent, hateful, or unlawful content). In this process, the submitted content is transmitted to OpenAI solely for that verification, based on the legitimate interest of keeping the Platform and its users safe. This use is subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
6. Data Storage and Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including password encryption and access controls. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or to comply with legal obligations. After that, the information is deleted or anonymized whenever applicable.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and better understand how the Platform is used. By continuing to browse the Platform, you agree to our use of cookies as described in this Policy. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.
To protect access against fraud and automated (bot) traffic, we use Cloudflare Turnstile on our login and sign-up pages. This service may collect device and browser information for verification purposes. Its use is subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
We collect aggregated, anonymous usage metrics (page views and clicks) on league and channel pages, so organizers can track reach and sponsor performance. It is a first-party solution: no Google Analytics, no third-party tracking cookies, and we do not store your IP address.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation that we process your personal information, access your data, correct inaccurate or outdated information, request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data, request data portability, obtain information about data sharing, and withdraw your consent whenever applicable. 9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for minors without the supervision or authorization of a parent or legal guardian. If we become aware of the improper processing of a minor's personal information, we will take appropriate measures to address the situation.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page together with its effective date.

12. Data obtained from Google APIs
When you connect your Google account to the Platform (Google Calendar and YouTube), we access only the data strictly required by the feature you enabled: creating, updating and deleting your race events on your calendar, and reading the public list of broadcasts from your channel. You may disconnect at any time from your dashboard, and you may also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Limited Use: Racing Schedule's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, raw or derived data obtained from Google APIs is not used, transferred or sold to create, train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models, whether foundational or generalized. The automated content moderation described in section 5 applies solely to text and images you submit directly to the Platform — never to data received from Google APIs.
